Established in 2014, Throwdown Soulfood LLC was founded by Rasheedah Pamilton. After having brain surgery, and being told to 'Take it easy' by the doctors, she then kept busy by cooking. She would cook with her mother in the past, but little did she know that her therapeutic hobby would soon become a business.
With knowledge that home cooked meals are now a luxury, Rasheedah is working to change that through her business and volunteer efforts. She has a passion for cooking and you can tell with your first bite.
